Eastercake




Have been wanting to do a 'double cake' for a long time,and took the chance for easter when my parents came to see us.
Yellow spongecake. Top part filled with dumleganache*swedish caramellcandy, and bottom part filled with blueberry mousse and lemoncurd with whipped cream.
