My son wanted a Monster Jam cake. so this is what i made...Glutenfree chocolate sponge filled with white and milk chocolate ganaches.

Two Swedish friends living in Holland who had baking as a hobby for a long time. We have now also discovered the world of sugarpaste and marzipan cakes and the cakes we have made so far have gotten a really great response.
