Cake made for a friends daughter.
Its milk free and make with spelt/dinkel flour. Yellow spongecake and filled with strawberry mousse made with soya cream.

Eastercake

Have been wanting to do a 'double cake' for a long time,and took the chance for easter when my parents came to see us.
Yellow spongecake. Top part filled with dumleganache*swedish caramellcandy, and bottom part filled with blueberry mousse and lemoncurd with whipped cream.
