Hannah Montana cake

For my daughters bday party she wanted a Hannah Montana cake,and make a face from a real person to put on the cake just wouldnt happen for me,so cheated and bought a frosty sheet with Hannas face on it and just decorated around it.
Glutenfree sponge. Filled with white and dark chocolate ganache.

Cake pops

At my kids school,every time its their birthday they get to bring a treat for everyone in their class.And since pretty much everybody else is bringing cupcakes,I wanted to do something different and been wanting to do cakepops for a long time now,so grabbed my chance after I showed Emily and she loved the idea.
So this is made of a sticky chocolate cake mixed with some chocolate frosting and philadelphia cheese and then covered with milk melting chocloate mixed with some coconutoil to get a more shiny look. They tunred out pretty yummy i must say! ;)

Antons Monster jam cake

My nephews baptism cakes

The cutest nephew in the world had his baptism while we where in Sweden on 'vacation' :). So I got the honour to make the cakes.
The white cake was made with yellow spongecake. Filled with raspberrymousse and milk chocolate ganache.
Blue cake was yellow spongecake filled with white chocolate ganache and blueberry mixed with whipped cream.

Ninas farewell cake

Nina wanted to take a cake to work and she wanted it simple with a swedish flag since she was moving back to Sweden.

Theme cake for Attitude Holland

Cake made for my friends who own the Alternative clothing webstore Attitude Holland ( www.attitudeholland.nl ). They were having a celebration and wanted a cake for it with vampire and coffin theme. Its yellow spongecake,filled with 'typical dutch filling' buttercreme with Bastogne cookies(sort of cinnamon cookies) and strawberry jam because it needed to be able to be outside the fridge for a long time and buttercreme is the only one who can.
