I made this cake for my birthday a couple of years ago. Filled with pear and vanilla custard. After eight around it and grated chocolate on top.

Two Swedish friends living in Holland who had baking as a hobby for a long time. We have now also discovered the world of sugarpaste and marzipan cakes and the cakes we have made so far have gotten a really great response.
