I love the Song festival and every year I watch it with my Swedish friends. Last year I made this cake with the logo from the Swedish song festival.
Filled with raspberrymousse and white chocolateganache.

Two Swedish friends living in Holland who had baking as a hobby for a long time. We have now also discovered the world of sugarpaste and marzipan cakes and the cakes we have made so far have gotten a really great response.
